Technical Foundation
Not a monitor and a subwoofer. A system.
<p>Selene handles everything immersive monitoring demands with ±1.5dB accuracy and point-source coherence. Poseidon removes the one constraint Selene can’t overcome on its own: the physical limits of a 6.5-inch enclosure below 80Hz.</p>
<p>Together they form a fully realized, full-range loudspeaker system in a desktop footprint. Poseidon integrates through Selene’s EXCore module, powered and calibrated by the same DSP. No additional amplifier. No separate configuration. The system reaches 50Hz linear, with the same phase coherence and accuracy that defines the range.</p>

System Integration

<p>Poseidon is powered by Selene's EXCore. The EXCore already contains two spare amplifier channels reserved for Poseidon. Connect the umbilical, configure the crossover in EXCore's DSP, done. No rack unit, no extra box, no level matching.</p>
<p>The same calibration that linearizes Selene linearizes Poseidon. The same over-the-air updates that improve Selene improve the complete system. One control point, one system.</p>

<p>The integrated system delivers ±1.5dB frequency response from 50Hz to 30kHz, F6 at 35Hz, and 106dB continuous SPL at 1kHz. Point-source coherence from Selene's coaxial driver is maintained across the full range.</p>
<p>For nearfield stereo, immersive monitoring, and any application where accuracy matters but space doesn't allow a full-size main, this is the system. Poseidon at 165mm cube. Selene at 165mm cube. Together they outperform monitors twice the size.</p>
