I can hear every detail of everything that’s going on and the way I produce and co write is so fast paced I need a speaker that can keep up and not let me second guess any decisions. Ex Machina are tried and true in my opinion , if anything I’ll be buying more of them next year!
Andrew Baylis
Nashville-based producer and songwriter Andrew Baylis has spent the past several years helping shape some of the biggest country-rock crossover moments in recent memory. He produced and engineered nearly every track on Jelly Roll's major-label debut Ballads of the Broken, including the RIAA Gold-certified single 'Dead Man Walking,' then returned to contribute production on standout cuts from the platinum-certified Whitsitt Chapel such as 'Kill A Man,' 'Unlive,' and 'Behind Bars.' His songwriting and production credits extend well past that one artist, touching Koe Wetzel's 'Creeps' and Brantley Gilbert's 'Son of the Dirty South' featuring Jelly Roll, plus cuts for Austin Snell, Kolby Cooper, Ole 60, and The Rose. That body of work led independent publisher Prescription Songs to sign Baylis to its Nashville roster, with the company's Sr. Director of A&R calling him 'a great friend and a brilliant songwriter/producer.' Based out of WarDog Studio in Nashville, he continues to move fluidly between country, rock, and alternative sessions.
