Mark Matsuki

Mark Matsuki, who performs and produces as Matsu, built his reputation on the competitive DJ battle circuit before becoming a fixture in Brooklyn's house and club music scene. A Red Bull 3Style US Vice Champion and Goldie Awards finalist, he channeled that technical background into a production career that has landed releases on Dirtybird, Confession, Insomniac's IN/Rotation, Nightmode and Nervous Records. DJ Mag named him one of its emerging artists to watch, and his Worth The Wait EP earned a spot on the cover of Spotify's Fresh Finds Dance playlist. Alongside his solo work, he serves as label manager at Slow Roast Records and teams up with DJ Craze as the duo Omicasa, and with Mike Deuce as CLKOUT, bringing a studio monitor's ear for detail to genre-blurring club records that draw support from artists like Chris Lake and AC Slater.
